Breakfast is served in the historic Palmento. An enchanting portion of the Hotel originally used to press grapes and make wine and later olives to make oil. Now the space hosts a breakfast area in the mornings, and intimate reading areas in the afternoon.
History becomes part of your morning with its original stone basins and rustic charm fully preserved to create a unique atmosphere that reflects the authentic spirit of Sicily.
Here, we serve a continental breakfast of fresh pastries, breads, seasonal fruits, and local cheeses, along with made-to-order specialties. We make home made crostatate, pies, and ciambelle with your choice of a creamy cappucino, lattes, or coffe. Or taste a French toast with Sicilian honey, or other warm dishes as you start your day in one of the villa’s most historic and atmospheric corners.
